Abstract:
MODIS Web Services (MWS) enables users to automate search and retrieval of data products produced by MODAPS through a programmable API. The service supports several standards, including SOAP, OpenSearch, and OGC WCS for immediate processing. The web service has also been deployed to the LANCE Near Real Time system, for easy programmatic data consumption.
