Abstract:
Earth science data products and services are being used by increasing diverse communities for purposes that were not necessarily envisioned when the data were collected. With such diverse users and uses, data curators and distributors have an opportunity to improve the usability of Earth science data by enhancing the documentation to enable new users. Opportunities for enhancing the documentation of data products and services are described, based on recent contributions of the data community.
