The role of COOPEUS is to guide and coordinate interoperability efforts among environmental research infrastructures in the EU and US. COOPEUS itself does not produce technology or infrastructure but all COOPEUS partners have independent contributions in their domains. All COOPEUS partners have independently developed software that are registered with the GEOSS Brokering Service and are freely available to the public.
