Proposed Bylaw Change: long-inactive and sometimes no-longer-existing ESIP members (30 Day Notice) Tuesday, October 14, 2014 - 08:00 From your Constitution and Bylaws and Excom Committees: resolving the issue of long-inactive and sometimes no-longer-existing ESIP members.
We are proposing a bylaw change that would allow the Partnership Committee to declare an ESIP to be inactive, and then after a time, should they not become active, to revoke their membership.
Please take a look at the wording. We have several ESIPs that were funded projects several years ago, and which no longer exist. We have other ESIPs that could use some incentive to be more active. ...
