Biography:
As Account Manager, I coordinate all of the resources inside Esri that make up NASA and the FCC's dynamic support team, including individuals from our Professional Services and Educational Services Divisions, Customer Service Team, Tech Support, and Core Development. Essentially, I am the single neck to grab if you are ever in need of assistance.
Personally, I have a penchant for improving the advancement of our nation through the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and am honored to be able to do this through supporting the various missions of NASA and the FCC.
